Copper Mountain

Copper Mountain is a mountain and ski resort located in Summit County, Colorado, about 75 miles west of Denver on Interstate 70. The resort has 2,465 acres of in-bounds terrain under lease from the U.S. Forest Service, White River National Forest, Dillon Ranger District. It is operated by Powdr Corporation.

Eldora Mountain

Eldora Mountain Resort is a ski area in the southwest corner of Boulder County, Colorado, near the unincorporated community of Eldora and 3 miles west of the town of Nederland. Eldora is one of a few Colorado ski resorts on the east side of the continental divide. It is about 20 miles west of Boulder and about 50 miles from downtown Denver.

DISCLAIMER:

• Two unlimited, non-transferable season passes valid at EITHER Copper Mountain or Eldora for each new Subaru purchased or leased through one of the participating Subaru retailers, between 12/1/2018 and 1/20/2019. The passes will be provided to purchasers in the form of two (2) digital vouchers that can be redeemed at either resort. Season passes are valid from the date of purchase through the end of the 2018/2019 ski season. Only the vehicle owner(s)/lessee(s) or immediate family may be issued the season passes.

• Immediate family consists of: mother, father, son, daughter, brother, sister, spouse, domestic partner, stepmother, stepfather, stepson, stepdaughter.

• Copper/Eldora season passes will have no blackout dates. Passes do NOT include ANY privileges at any other ski resorts besides the resort issued. Finally, passes do not include other privileges such as early lift access.

• Voucher holders will be required to sign a Copper Mountain / Eldora Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement. Twenty (20) lift tickets for EACH resort for each participating retailer (40 total lift tickets), valid during the 2018-2019 ski season with no blackout dates.
