1. You will be assigned a Subaru Service Advisor to take you through the process to confirm all repairs needed.
2. He/She will perform a Walkaround Inspection on your vehicle to verify condition and ensure your vehicle is returned better than it came in. This will be emailed to you for your records.
3. While your vehicle is being serviced our Subaru Trained Technician will perform a courtesy Multipoint Inspection to ensure your vehicle is in safe working condition. Inspected items will be rated on severity using a GREEN / YELLOW / RED scale.
4. This will be followed by a short video labeled CitNOW explaining the overall health of the vehicle.
5. After repairs have been completed your Subaru Service Advisor will review the completed report with you and get you back on the road.
